Okappy website System slow

We have isolated the issue to customers using BT as their Internet Service Provider in certain locations.

Okappy website System slow

We are still receiving reports from some customers about slow performance. The issues seem to be focused on a particular location and ISP - BT. We are still not seeing any issues with any of our systems but have added extra capacity as a precaution. We continue to investigate and will post updates here.
