We have identified an issue affecting customers using version 14.95 of the iOS app where some images may not finish uploading.
Version 14.95 introduced a performance improvement that allows images to upload in the background, so you can continue working on other jobs without waiting. However, if the app was closed, or if no further jobs were updated before uploads completed, images could remain in the upload queue. While uploads could be manually triggered via the Okappy icon, then More, Job settings, and Upload Queue, we understand this was not always clear and could cause confusion.
Based on customer feedback, we have now released version 14.96, available on the App Store. This update provides clear upload status information while you are in the job, so you can see image progress without relying solely on background uploads.
We strongly recommend updating to version 14.96 to ensure image uploads are clear, reliable, and faster.
