Past Incidents

We are still receiving reports from some customers about slow performance. The issues seem to be focused on a particular location and ISP - BT. We are still not seeing any issues with any of our systems but have added extra capacity as a precaution. We continue to investigate and will post updates here.

We have had some reports of slow performance but cannot see any issues on any of our systems. We are checking whether there is a wider issue in the UK and continue to monitor the situation although we've received no further reports of issues.
