Past Incidents

Some customers were reporting an issue where the iOS app crashes when trying to open a job. The issue has been identified and a fix released.

For customers that have already opened their apps this morning:

• If the app has frozen force close it
• Before opening any jobs, click the okappy icon in the top left of the screen
• Select 'check for new jobs'
• Wait for the jobs list to refresh

You should now be able to open jobs

Some users are reporting problems uploading images from mobile apps. This has been fixed, but for any images uploaded on iOS which still show as pending. These will need to be re-uploaded.
