Okappy website Xero updates

We've experienced some disruptions in the connectivity between Okappy and Xero, resulting in difficulties for some clients when exporting invoice and updating invoice statuses within Okappy following modifications in Xero. The issue has been addressed. We continue to monitor the system to ensure seamless operation moving forward.

Mobile apps iOS App iss

Some customers were reporting an issue where the iOS app crashes when trying to open a job. The issue has been identified and a fix released.

For customers that have already opened their apps this morning:

  • If the app has frozen force close it
  • Before opening any jobs, click the okappy icon in the top left of the screen
  • Select 'check for new jobs'
  • Wait for the jobs list to refresh

You should now be able to open jobs
