Okappy website Heavy load

We have been seeing heavy load which has caused led to some customers dashboard intermittently showing no jobs. We have re-routed traffic and the system is now operating within normal levels. We continue to monitor. If you are having problems, please wait a minute or so and then try again.

Heavy load

Okappy website Xero updates

We've experienced some disruptions in the connectivity between Okappy and Xero, resulting in difficulties for some clients when exporting invoice and updating invoice statuses within Okappy following modifications in Xero. The issue has been addressed. We continue to monitor the system to ensure seamless operation moving forward.
